What is WoodScuplt?

Woodsculpt has a firming affect, because it activates the production of elastin/collagen, toning, sculpting, & improving blood circulation. Woodsculpt also activates the lymphatic system. As well as aids in smoothing out unwanted bulges. Each instrument has a specific use for a particular area of the body.

The unique protocol, will aid in the accumulation of stored volume, cellulite reduction, contoured waistline, & lift the butt. The unique technique uses each instrument without harming the skin or tissue. Some say that the changes are visible after the first visit.

Woodsculpt History

Developed in Asia & used for therapeutic purposes, wood therapy has been around for many decades. The process was adopted by Colombia in the early 90’s & made it revolutionary in their beauty world. They introduced it & created the foundation of Wood Therapy in their aesthetics world. Colombians created many different types of wood therapy techniques & tools. Not long after, other countries like Peru & Brazil grasped these therapies & developed their own twist. People started studying in these regions & brought the practices to the US.

PureSculpt started creating their own protocols in 2013. They called their technique WoodSculpt, a fairly newer concept derived from Wood Therapy. Making sure that beauty professionals practice within the scope of their license was important to PureSculpt while doing research & development. WoodSculpt was developed for the purpose of combining it with PureSculpt ICE. WoodSculpt can be performed separately as its own treatment as well.

Lymphatic System

The lymphatic system, or lymphoid system, is an organ system in vertebrates that is part of the circulatory system and the immune system. It is made up of a large network of lymph, lymphatic vessels, lymph nodes, lymphatic or lymphoid organs, and lymphoid tissues. It cleans our bodies of toxins, viruses, & bacteria. It is our first line of defense. The lymphatic system is responsible for filtering our system for optimal health & even weight loss.

The lymph moves against gravity since we stand upright. This is why the system can become congested & make you feel sluggish & carry excess weight. Stress, lack of activity, sitting too much, injuries, and poor posture also contribute to a sluggish lymphatic system.

The thousands of toxins that we are exposed to everyday include household cleaning products, beauty products, processed foods, plastics, chemically based foods, & other environmental toxins.

Lymphatic Fluid Carries:

  • Fat
  • Proteins
  • Waste products from cell metabolism
  • Large molecules
  • Toxins
  • Cancer cells

The lymphatic system travels upwards carrying the lymph to the lymph nodes located in the cervical region (neck), axillary (armpit), tracheobronchial (trachea & bronchial tubes), mesenteric (between the 2 layers of peritoneum in abdominal cavity), & inguinal (groin) regions. About 70% of out lymph is found just under the skin. Ultimately, this all travels to your bloodstream which filters out and proceeds to dumping to the urine, bowel movements, perspiration, & yes, even your breath.
